The lawsuit for Dallin Cunningham, who fell 7 metres to his death from a corkscrew slide, now notes safety standards including the slide being too steep, lacking guardrail-type devices at the entrance and highlighted the lack of maintenance to the playground surfacing, claiming there was only 1 inch of wood chips covering a frozen solid surface, not enough to cushion the boys fall.
