A single mom has been left with horrific like injuries after freak accident on a South Australian playground. The mother was at a new playground in mount Barker when the limb of a gum tree ,without warning’ fell 8 metres on to her narrowly missing her daughter. She was left with a badly broken leg and was taken to a royal Adelaide hospital.
