Dylan Cunningham was playing on a Corkscrew style slide at his elementary school playground on February 6 last eyar when he fell 7 feet and suffered fatal blunt force trauma to the head. His parents are suing the County School District for $90,000 dollars and other undisclosed damages for failing to properly supervise and allowing unsafe playground conditions.
