A High Court has dismissed damages claim for injuries a boy sustained when he fell from monkey bars in a playground in 2014. The boy was 9 years old at the time and playing with his siblings when he fell to the ground at about the 4th bar along and was in severe pain due to his fractured arm which required surgery. An inspection of the playground revealed the defendants complied with their obligations of the playground.
