PAYMENT TERMS

We accept purchase orders for payment from Council, Education Department (or equivalent) organisations. Non-council (or equivalent) requires the full account to be closed 2 weeks prior to training commencement, our preferred payment is net 14 from invoice issue date.

TRANSFER POLICY

Students can transfer to different training date and location. In the case you are forced to transfer for personal, family, work, sickness, or any other valid reason your registration and any paid fees will be transferred. Please note transfers requested less than 14 days from the training start date will incur a fee.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available should you withdraw prior to training. We first encourage you to transfer to another course or participant. If you wish to withdraw from a course (no transfer) and have paid fees you would like refunded, please email us for approval and a Refund Request Form. Refund Request email sent must have a delivery receipt or proof of send. Fees apply for withdraws less than 14 days prior to training start date and if training material has been posted (material is strictly non-refundable).
